Wrapper for depth(method = "RT"). Useful as a function argument.
Usage
depth.RT(fdataobj, fdataori = NULL, ...)
Arguments
- fdataobj
An object of class 'fdata'.
- fdataori
Reference sample (default: fdataobj itself).
- ...
Additional arguments.
Value
Numeric vector of depth values.
